There are various of material can be chosen according to your different pursuing to make badges, such as stamped copper, stamped bronze, stamped iron, die casting zinc alloy, pewter, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Besides the different base metal, there are also various colors to choose, like real cloisonné (hard enamel), the most traditional and ornamental color for car emblems & police badges. Different from all other enamels, it’s not liquid but a kind of powder, a natural gift which can’t be made out according to PMS colors, but it can last for more than hundred years without fading.
Imitation hard enamel, a good replacement of real cloisonné. Compared with hard enamel badge, there are more color choices and with a faster delivery time, so it’s widely used for Disneyland, Olympic Games, higher level, quick delivery but more economical on cost. Soft enamel is the most popular one in the market because it’s competitive price and short lead time, this is best choice for large quantity order or promotional project.
